In addition to our own experience, we also use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to ensure that your nutrition and training are properly tuned.
How it helps us
For analysis we use the InBody 970. It is the latest model designed for use in healthcare and even for medical research. It is therefore accurate enough for our use to easily help us monitor your progress. It will show us your overall body composition – the proportion of muscle mass, water and total and visceral fat. In addition, it analyses individual body parts, so we will know exactly what to focus on or what we can already celebrate.
How to prepare for the appointment
- Don't eat for at least 3 hours and don't drink for at least 1 hour before the analysis – the food and fluids you consume affect the results.
- Use the toilet before the analysis – the volume of urine and stool will be reflected in the results.
- Do not exercise at least 6 hours before the analysis – exercise affects fluid balance and may temporarily change body composition.
- Ideally, schedule a following appointments under the same conditions and at a similar time as the first appointment.
- Keep in mind that the menstrual cycle distorts the results.
- People with pacemakers and pregnant women cannot undergo the analysis.

You will receive a printed summary and a detailed analysis will be emailed to you. The appointment takes 35 minutes.
We recommend an analysis with interpretation at the first appointment, subsequent analysis can be without interpretation with a focus on tracking changes in body composition.
Price: 700 Kč / 30 EUR
Includes a comprehensive compositional analysis, during which you will receive a printed summary and a detailed analysis will be emailed to you. The appointment takes 5–10 minutes.
