Poor movement or sitting habits at work can result in the most common health complication leading to disability – chronic back pain. The economic losses associated with back disease are the second highest, after cardiovascular disease.
The good news is that the health of our backs can be systematically worked on and many complications can be prevented – perhaps through an educational workshop at your company or a practical workshop with me at RS Health and Performance.
